have been constructed in the area of the plant for the employees.
All the above-mentioned facilities, as well as the free food for the employees, the extra food for the workers who work at extremely tough conditions of work, the extra sums of money added to balance the salary, the free transport and the health service provided are all efficient stimuli for the personnel to work very well.
The
holiday station of “Alcomet” Plc. is situated in a picturesque area of
the Bulgarian village of Kranevo, which is very near the two biggest Bulgarian
tourist resorts, Albena and Golden Sands.
The holiday station disposes of 154 beds in 13 apartments and 64 rooms,
a restaurant with 100 indoor seats and 50 seats in the open air,
a bar, trade rooms and
a cafe.
The wide beach strand provides good conditions for sun and sea bathing. Sea water temperature raises to +25°C. There are a lot of opportunities for tourism, entertainment and sports.
