The products are produced on hydraulic horizontal presses with power: 1300 and 2000 tons.
The rods are with round, square, rectangular and hexagonal cross-section. They are produced according to the requirements of the standards for alloys - EN 573-3, for dimensions - EN 755-3 (DIN1799); 754-3 (DIN 1798), for mechanical characteristics - EN 755-2 (DIN 1747-1) è 754-2 (DIN 1747-1)
The pipes are extruded, according the standards: for alloys - EN 573-3, for dimensions - 755-7 (DIN 9107); 755-8 (DIN 1748-4); 754-7 (DIN 1795), for mechanical characteristics - EN 755-2 (DIN 1746-1) and 754-2 (DIN 1746-1).

technical requirements are according to EN 573-3 - alloys, EN 755-2 (DIN
1748-1) - mechanical characteristics and EN 755-9 (DIN 1748-4); EN 12020-2
(DIN 17615-3) - dimensions. Depending on their application, the profiles
are used in the building
industry, transport, machine building industry, electronics, electrical
engineering, metallurgy and light industry.
The profiles for transport machine building are produced in over 100 types
and are used mainly for construction elements and inner fitting-up. The profiles
are in alloy from the group Al-Mg-Si and they have cross-section area of 30
- 700 mm.
The profiles for architectural constructions are designed for facade facings,
interior barrage walls and ceilings. They have relatively low weight per linear
meter, high strength characteristics, corrosion resistance and attractive surface.
This profile type is produced in alloy from the group Al-Mg-Si according
to EN 573-3 and in alloy Al-Mg-Si according to DIN 1725. The technical conditions
are to DIN 1748
