The organizational Senior Management completely realizes its obligations and responsibilities for development and support of the Quality System in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian National Standard EN ISO 9001:2000.

Alcomet AD assists the implementation of the process approach in developing, implementation, and increase of the Quality Management System efficiency .

Alcomet AD applies a system for management of the processes that include identification, objective measurements and current control.

Alcomet AD fulfils control and analysis of the processes aiming permanent improvement and efficiency.

In respect of fulfillment the Quality politics, the Management of Alcomet AD sets the following goals concerning the quality:
1.Increasing the production quality by minimazing the number of the claims.
2.Decrease in the company’s financial penalties caused by claims compared to previous year by 7 %.
3.Maintaining a high quality, expressed by satisfaction of clients requirements on the selected markets reaching at 40 000 tones for export, which is over 85 % from the total sales.
4.Decrease in non-observed terms for order fulfillment up to 1.0 % from the total sales.
5.Raise in the qualification level of the personnel by fulfillment of “ Program for personnel training ”
